A drop in the bucket – 18 Podcasts for writers with new books! This is at least a start. Whether you’re a reader or about to bring your book out, have you heard these podcasts?

And PLEASE let us know which of these podcasts you like, and if you’re scheduled or archived as a guest!

Writers need a lot of love. Many of us are considered needy neurotics, but in our group we know Weird = Normal = Writer.  So, where do we find the extra love and attention we sometimes need?

PODCASTS.

This is a group of podcasts that dote on writers, writing, and all things cultural. Whether you’re a listener, or about to query with your upcoming book, enjoy! In no particular order, here they are!

BTW, this list comes to me from my colleague Marcia Meier who is in the midst of promoting her new memoir, Faceand is therefore up on where to seek interviews for newly pub’d books. I will be exploring episodes over the next several weeks. If you like one of these podcasts, or know of another writers’ podcast, please share it with us in the Write Without the Fight FB group. If you’re not already a member, ask to join, today.

In my podcast, I invited notable guests from all walks of life to tell stories of the books—and the moments—that changed them. We decided to put the podcast on hiatus during the pandemic for various reasons (including the challenge of recording at home from a noisy apartment). But I hope you will want to listen to the more than fifty episodes we recorded over two years. It was a huge privilege to talk to so many extraordinary people about my favorite topic: books.”
